Coach Penny’s optional AI reflection
If you request Coach Penny’s reflection after a snack, your answers from that check-in and any words you choose to share are sent to an AI service to create a reply. These answers and the reply are not saved in your browser’s check-in history. You can skip the AI reflection and still complete your check-in.
